Annoucment not happening through 3-REMICA

In one of the site ....there is a fire panel with integrated PA i.e ASU unit is installed in the panel. Now customer want that he can able to make the announcement from remote locations . So we have installed the REMICA (Remote Microphone) on repeaters panel.

Now if we want to do the announcement then it is routing from Main fire panel i.e from Audio Source unit (ASU) but from 3-REMICA it is not going to respective floor/locations.

Please help what could be the cause of not routing the announcement through 3-REMICA?

how u are selecting the perticular zone?

Show us how you connect you cable between asu and remica then well answer
