did anyone have relays not restore after panel alarm for fan/doors

how is it turn on when an alarm is activated, Common Alarm output or rules
if the output device is a Common Alarm output I am thinking it should just follow the alarm.

some are programed as doorcontrol/and fancontrol i have several panels
after alarm some releys wont reset.when i check status they are still active. the only way is to restart cpu
i have tryed several other ways

can you program the outputs as "Common Alarm output" this way the outputs will follow the panels alarm with no programming.
