EST2 - Phantom Ground FAULTS
The EST2 panel has a problem with shielded cable when used on the device loops.
It will cause a phantom ground, the panel will not be grounded, but the panel will be in ground fault.
Fix: a 1meg ohm (1,000,000) resistor for the battery terminal ground to both sides of the SLC loop.
one from the positive terminal to ground and one from the negative terminal to ground of the SLC device loop
