Hello, I have a troubleshooting question regarding the est-2 2-dacts. I was sent on a service call there was zone 94 and zone 92 reporting to central station. zone 94= smoke and zone 92= low air pressure switch. I checked the panel was normal, I found a ground on a pullstation which had nothing to do to those zones and fixed that issue. I had central station reset the zones and the zones came back again with a normal panel. Im leaning towards there maybe be a programming issue with the 2-dact, I checked the panel db date and it showed it was downloaded not to long ago. Anyone would know what would be the next step?
