Highest Version of Windows used for all all EST systems

Looking to buy a new laptop to use when programming EST panels.

Inder what is the highest version that is used across the following panels.
EST3
EST2
iO
QuickStart

I know that EST 3 will run on Windows 10. Trying to eliminate carrying multiple machines around.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

EST2/MIR2 can only be ran on WIN32 versions. It can be any version of windows, but must be 32BIt
