EST3 Dongle

Hi,
I was working for a company that uses the EST3.
I have completed the training course.
When I left my previous employer I returned the dongle.
I am wondering who actually owns the dongle, is it the company or the individual.
How do you go about getting a new dongle. How much does a new one cost.
This question has probably been asked many times but I have seen so many conflicting answers

haha, NEVER RETURN YOUR DONGLE!
For being a good guy and returning it you are screwed.
if you could buy one EST charges around $200/$300 which you can not.
your best chance is to ask someone from your old company, people lose these things all the time.
also read the forums you maybe able to find a backdoor in same of the old post, then PM the user that you think can help.

I have The Same Problem , How Ican Contact The UTC To pay New Dongle (w/ my Certificate ), Iam in KSA Middle East ......

You are Certificated but that does not matter.
only an EST dealer can buy a dongle.
