Hello does any one know what is the latest panel version for iOS 500. I’m getting a 5003 error code when trying to write to the panel, only then I can read from panel just fine but not write. I’m using io-cu 3.1 any help much appreciated

the latest version is 4.2 for IO-CU and VS-CU
the version of slc loop card are incompatible,
if your version data base panel is you need upgrade

Version 4.2 firmware compatibility
Panel firmware version 4.2 is not compatible with iO-CU 3.0, 3.1, 3.2, 3.31, 3.32, 3.4, 3.5, 4.0,
4.1or 4.11. If you have a panel with version 4.2 firmware, iO-CU version 4.2 or later is required.
Version 4.2 firmware is not compatible with old loop (SLC) cards. Your panel must have the
iO-SDC1 or iO-SDC2 SLC interface cards installed.
