i am having the same issue. I had to replace a Kidde vs4 and tried to download the program into the new panel and an error massage "INCOMPATIBLE DATABASE VERSIONS" my software is version 4.4 anyone have any suggestions.

Who has a copy of this?
I found the 4.0 version on here and tried to read from a VS4 but turns out the panel firmware was 4.11.00 and was getting an incompatible database version trying to read from it, and looking online seems it wont read from it due to the VS-CU being older. I recently took over this client and they only want to deal with us.
I managed to get a copy of VS CU 4.2, 4.3, 4.4. Im assuming I can use any one of those based on the compatibility chart on the About screen.
I just wanted the 4.11 one just incase for some stupid reason it only wants that one to talk to it. I know there were links to a site that had it on here but cant access it anymore.
