The software is free,
The CD Key is: mcld2z3628863345 which is in the software users manual
Panels can be loaded directly via a laptop or remotely.
This software is used to program panels: 5080,5104,5208,5700,5808,5820

You can not download the panel with any active fire or supervisory signals, but it will upload.
The panel will download with troubles.
If programming with a DB9 cable all 9 pins are needed.
Com port setup: when you select a com port it looks like nothing happened but it is selected, the two grayed out fields are if your computer has a modem.
