Fire control panel Esser IQ8 Honeywell software

We have a client with and FCP FlexES, and he lost his customer data password and we are unable to download the current configuration from the panel.

Is there's any solutions for this issue.

Just install, then click on update software in the same folder.( will upgrade into version 1.18 )
