Hello

I have installed and programmed the 3 panel lines.
The vigilant series of edwards is now vigilant kidde. With the vigilant vs1 and vs2 I had many problems: when there are troubles and it is unattended the keyboard breaks down and the situation is irreversible. I had up to 8 clients in that situation. In buildings where they were attended and recognized any trouble in fast form, it has worked impeccably.
The Kidde watch series is the same, only the label has been changed, the series of 2 loops is no longer manufactured and in its replacement is the 4-loop VS4 series. So far I do not have the problem of the previous series, but it must be because it has only recently installed.
The programming is friendly, but also presents the same problems of random decalibration of smoke detectors as SIGA-PS and is irreversible so clean it.
The IO panel of this has not given me the aforementioned problems. The detectors if they present the same problem, so the classic problem of mapping.
But in summary: functionally both series are the same.

Hello my friends, I have worked in Chile with several types of alarm, recently I have been asked for an alarm that did not stop ringing, when I checked the panel, it is a Vigilant VS2, which shows a trouble message on the screen (I can't remember exactly what it is) but the truth is that it turns on the problem led. In addition to this, the panel does not respond to any touch, none of the buttons work. Do you have any idea what I can do in this case?
