If I do this more time means panel will affect or not?

Unless you are maintaining huge network or facility, restarting a panel could be a disaster.

hi, I have network with fiber optic using 3FIBMB2 for the whole installation,
In class B the network is running correctly but if I want to convert it to class A the Master panel (the panel number 1)is restarted automatically for many times a minute and I don't know why?
there are some fault like communication fault to 3 or 4 panel in the same time and this fault comes and goes like that.

the number of node is 48 actually ,future project will increase this number.

help please,I need this installation to be in class A because some of the distance of the panel is about 12km, 9km.

reset and restart are two different things.
reset is only needed to reset a device that is latched active, the system checked to see if the device is normal and if so puts it back to the normal state, if not the system leaves it active.

restarting is the same as powering the system down and back up.
