3-SDU Dongle key / USB 3.0

I try 3 PC / laptop, it can't accept the dongle key via USB 3.0 port, but plug to USB 2.0 is OK

hi, try to update the usb 3.0 hub on windows(device manager) search automatically the update, give device manager some time to refresh.
