EST3 Cabinet power-up for the first time - Data Card Fault

Hi all,
I am powering up an EST3 cabinet for the first time, the hardwares are:
3-CAB5
3-CPU1
3-PS/M
3-SDDC1
3-LCD
I have configured the above hardwaresin 3-SDU 3.6 and downloaded to the panel by connecting to CPU connector J5.
When download is finished there are two faults on LCD:
Data Card Fault 1
Data Card Fault 2

Why the system can't recognize my 3-SDDC1 card?

Please check QQ information,I have sent a message to you.I give you some advice:
1,SDU 3.6 CPU default setting is 3-cpu3,please change it into 3-cpu1.
2,after you configured the hardware settings,please compile and db conversion all
3,make sure your SDDC1 card hardware you have installed completely.Notice the two small cards(SDC)must be installed.
4,then download code,bootstrap,and database to the CPU and SDDC1

I can download/uploade to SDDC1 card directly from it's RJ jack.
I can download/uploade to SDDC1 card from CPU J5 jack.
I can also upload the mapping of SDDC1.

But finally no detectors/modules shown the mapping, and also there are Data Card Fault 1, 2.
Also my SDDC1 card doesn't have 24Vdc at loop terminal.

did you configured the ssdc cards by downloading the bootloader then application code then database?
