EST3 - SSDC1 ver 3.6,downloaded with SDU 3.7 and not mapping

i have SSDC1 ver 3.6,i tried to downloaded it with SDU 3.7 ,it's working but without mapping enabled.i reinitialized the card and down loaded it again .just don't accept mapping enable then i downloaded it with 3,6(boot,app code ,data) still he same.
any suggestions to recover the card?

This is the real problem with EST devices - finding and fixing mapping problems.

I would start by opening the circuit and see if it will map, start with only a few devices (5-10)

you will drop a smoke and reinstall it and fix the problem and have no clue where the problem was.

What "Pseudo zones" is the panel showing? is the panel 100% clear and just wont map? Can you upload a map from card?

and the devices installed on the Data Circuit
(serial #, personality code, or device type)
2. Device ID entered incorrectly into SDU
database
3. More than 124 “T-taps” on a data circuit
4. Excessive circuit resistance
5. Excessive circuit capacitance

every thing is fine i replaced that card with another one and it's working
may be because the first card was 3.4 version and i tried to download it with 3.6?

any chance to make it work again
