no label coming from devices

hello friends
I have a problem with est3x have you met any of you
After giving the label of the devices and sending it to the panel , there is no label coming from devices only coming as pic in attached . only the devices number comes. i already change loop cards with any updates it is the same . Is there a solution to this issues ?

I got the solution .
the solution is message from objects it is not showing any thing so should be Put the label from label text to message label .
