how to configure a PT-1S with a EST3 panel

hellow, i have a PT-1S printer with a EST3 panel, i found the configure manual for this model, but this not is physically the same with the configuration guide, this have two dip switches in the configuration guide, but the printer dont have any switch.

thank you for you response, but my printer does not have switches. this is a PT-1S printer, but does not have switches

if it is a okidata 195
rear of the printer is a screw open it
if not a 195 who makes it

I SOLVE THE PROBLEM, Y CONFIGURED THIS WITH THE FRONT BUTTONS

A continuacion pongo los pasos para confiurar, la impresora, tomado en cuenta que toda la configuracion es a travez del panel frontal de la impresora
1. Press and hold the SELECT button, and then turn on the printer.
2. Press the LINE FEED button until the printer prints the following:
- Serial I/F Parity: None
3. Press the FORM FEED button until the printer prints the following, this is for supervised printer connection:
- Serial I/F Protocol: Ready/Busy
4. If you are using an unsupervised printer connection, press the TOF SET button until the printer prints the following:
- Serial I/F Protocol: X-ON/X-OFF
5. Press the FORM FEED button until until the printer prints the following:
- Serial I/F Busy Line SSD-
6. Press the TOF SET button until the printer prints the following:
- Serial I/F Busy Line DTR
7. Press the FORM FEED button until the printer prints the following:
- Serial I/F Baud Rate 9600
8. If you need to change the baud rate press the TOF SET button until the printer prints the correct baud rate. Baud rate must match what the port is configured for in the SDU, typically 4800 or 9600.
9. Press the FORM FEED button until the printer prints the following:
- Serial I/F DSR Signal Valid
10. Press the TOF SET button until the printer prints:
- Serial I/F DSR Signal Invalid
11. Press the FORM FEED button until the printer prints the following:
- Serial I/F DTR Signal Ready on Power up
12. Press the TOF SET button until the printer prints the following:
- Serial I/F DTR Signal Ready on Select
13. Press the PITCH and MODE buttons at the same time to save your settings and exit the menu mode.
