Rebuild SDU project without EST3X initial sdu file

a one Est3x panel with:
T01. 3X-cpu firmware V01.20.00 3-SDU ver 05.20.00
T02. ps10-4b firmware V01.00.00
T03. 3-SDDC firmware V01.20.00
T04. 3-SAC firmware V01.20.00
T05. 3-SDDC firmware V05.20.00
T06. BACKUP firmware V03.62.00
T07. 3-ZA20 firmware V03.62.00
T08. 3-ASU firmware V03.40.00

I have a 3-SDU ver. 5.32, and realized:

1. create sdu project with the information at report revision, with the same number version firmware.
( the sdu software present msg the version is out date, select Ignore).
2. I connecting programmer cable in RJ11 adicional 3-SDDC and mapping, all devices are searched and select all. All devices are updating in my new sdu project. this is OK
3. I connecting programmer cable in RJ11 CPU board and dont response and time out. I probe download request version code, bootstrap and no response.
4. the rs232 port is connected a FSB-PCS, it is connected a DSC intrusion panel. it is in est3x the T04/ 3-SAC virtual. I disconnect and connect rs232 cable and retry the mapping and download request CPU, and the same, dont communicate.

panel present 30 troubles : dirty smoke detector: we have cleaned the detectors, but persist dirty state.
20 troubles are device dont response y 10 troubles are devices without programming


I dont know if the troubles stop the download, or is the sdu software versión: i used 5.32 version, the panel was programmed with 5.20 version.
o the worst case : the cpu borad is damaged
