EST 3 battery trouble

Latest I can find is 2009 response!
We have multiple EST3 panels installed by the same trunk slammers that get the pps trouble. Changed batteries, changed monitor module and power supply, cables, still shows up non stop!? Feel free to reach out and tell me I'm missing something dumb, I'm good with that!!?
