Interpretation of data extracted from 3-SDU

I connected the SDU to the EST3 Panel and got the following result.
Can anybody explain what the main problem is here? (attached pic)

And how should I attempt to fix it?

I've also attached a second picture for reference, of the same loop that was taken earlier this year, no problems seen back then though.

I don't know why the pictures aren't uploading properly,
I've added them to this RAR file, hopefully this should do the trick.
