Siga-sd sensitivity

I have a problem with the siga-sd showing a sensitivity on the panel as 3.5% in the maintainace report. When I go into the SDU to select a different sensitivity it does not give an option. The only selection is least sensitive.
The detector itself from the manufacturer shows .78 to 2.79 %
I am sure the detector works properly within it's range and the panel is displaying incorrectly. However the state fire Marshall does not see it this way.
What I need is to be able to select sensitivity or find a document that says the maintainace report does not display correctly for siga-sd
