Diagnostic faults on SIGA MAB's

Post by Fastman »

Hello,
Just registered to this forum today so hello to all you EST techs out there !

Old SSDC card was swapped out and replaced with a SSDC-1E. Download was carried out to card as outlined below. The following 12 diagnostic faults came in on the panel following download which had no existed before:-

01-04-0147 (SIGA-MAB)
01-04-0149(SIGA-MAB)
01-04-0158(SIGA-MAB)
01-04-0160(SIGA-MAB)
01-04-0167(SIGA-MAB)
01-04-0175(SIGA-MAB)
01-04-0177(SIGA-MAB)
01-04-0181(SIGA-MAB)
01-04-0183(SIGA-MAB)
01-04-0191(SIGA-MAB)
01-04-0220(SIGA-MAB)
01-04-0237 (SIGA-UM)

Configured card for an SSDC1, LRM config, db convert rules compile. Re-downloaded and faults came back in.
Check top of loop card and SMK PWR cable is connected. Re-terminated to be sure.
Numerous reset, re-starts power-downs. Switched SMK PWR cable onto neighbouring old SSDC card.
No result...
Software running 5.20.
All MABs are personality 13 with suitcase jumpers in place..
Any idea's how to resolve ?

Hey,
All microcodes look good,

3-CPU 05.20/05.00
3-SSDC1 05.20/05.20

Not sure if its field related now. These did not exist prior to upgrading SSDC card. SMK PWR cable is daisy chained across UIO's with zero volts being measured. Where do you measure voltage on SSDC card if there is only one cable ?

route them to nowhere if you aren't using FT or common trouble contacts for central station

Thanks for replies folks..got issue sorted. The european version of the SSDC card ( SSDC-1E) is not configured to run 24v SMK PWR!!
The older type of cards are.
