How to download a new version (e.g. SDU 3.7 )

I have acquired new version of SDU ( SDU 3.7 ) . Previously all project have been commissioned with SDU 3.4 .
Now the question is that is there any certain procedure for this upgrade ?
Because when I directly downloaded in CPU , nothing ( No physical button ) is working . And when I am trying to re-download in CPU , after reaching 99% its says something like bad checksum or so.

So how do I fix this?
