Communication Problem

Dear all
I have a problem to communicate with est panel through rs232 optional card as described below:
when SDU software(version 5.2) start to communicate with panel ,"the address of type of module "3-cpu3" cannot determined" error appears.
any one can help me please?

try first to download in single step by RJ11 cable then will see what will happen.
