Facility Commander 7.6 Barcode Creds EPI layout Issue

I am trying to make a layout with the EPIlayout editor. BAsically make a badge template. Everyrthing works except when i pick a field to be a barcode i need to have X00 in fron of it. I can make teh barcode work but adding the 'X00 + [fieldname]' breaks it. I have tried ever combo i can think of. IN the 7.5 verion is was just *X00 field* and then make the font a barcode. Help!
