Can NFS-3020/30 be defaulted to factory password settings?

Post by rondparker »

We are having a system which is no longer serviced by the installing contractor and no one knows the admin password.

Any suggestion?

Thank you

hi, try to sent a password release letter to the regional sales of notifier (not from your alarm company)signed in from the owner of the building, i did this on the past with no problems.

I do not think notifiers newest software uses a software key.
I heard that you need to send your laptop to notifier to get the software install as an added security measure.
that is what a notifier tech told me.

If the 3030 can be hand programmed have the customer get the code?

Hi since verifire tools 5.9 the software need a hasp key to download the program, you can use 5.7 if the panel is not upgraded with above software version.
