I have old panels AM2020 Notifier.
I need software "VeriFire Tools Utility" for this panels
Help to find this program

I have Fire alarm Panel Notifier AM 2020
I have trouble with detectors.
Percentage of Alarm Threshold is- M 255. I cannot get at the meaning
Detectors is new. But address this detectors show TROUBLE and LED detectors is no blink.
Help me!

Percentage m 255 is communication fault (no loop voltage data) check your loop cable b3cause its disconect
