I have four lights blinking on my panel the
AC POWER
SYSTEMS ALARM
SUPERVISORY SIGNAL
SYSTEM TROUBLE

It is sending a supervisory to the communicator but I can't find anything wrong with the panel itself. It will stop for a few days if I power it down and back up.

Any ideas as what I can do to fix it? I am unable to get my hands on a manual.

Have you checked the AC coming into the panel? I have seen panels running below spec, and that created all sorts of havoc. Does the panel show an active supervisory zone? Does it show an active Alarm Zone? You could try strapping those zones out with a resistor and seeing if the panel clears those troubles. Also, on the system trouble I would load test the battery, if the panel isnt getting proper voltage, it wouldn't be able to charge the batteries adequately. If you take those steps and still don't have any luck, I would say you have a bad BE-500.
