No communication to KT-300 - Entrapass PC & IP change

Had to move the Lantronix to a different network and the Entrapass installation to a different PC in the same building. Reprogrammed Lantronix with new IP successfully, and is fully visible on the network. Successfully backed up and restored Entrapass database to new PC after installing. Getting "Gateway no communication (511))" error. Any ideas? The vital LED is blinking rapidly, if that means anything.

Does a reset need to be done on the KT-300, and following that, any special steps to resync the schedules, etc.?

Every time I had a KT-300 that would not talk to the computer it needed to be defaulted, how to default the panel is on the inside of the panel door.

Have you tried calling kantech tech support, they are very good, I am not sure that they will speak to a end user but they will speak to ANY alarm tech.
