Kantech/Exacqvision Integration issue

Hi there,
I am having issues when importing camera details from Exacqvision Z Series NVR to my Kantech. The issue that is happening is that when I import the details when a new camera is added to the system, my interactive graphic gets messed up. Messed up as in the camera positions on the map change and at times the video stream and camera name do not match.

I am just wondering has anyone came across this issue before? Multiple calls to both company tech supports have given me no information or fixes. Its Global version of Kantech that i am using.

I have fixing the issue manually as in deleting the cameras and re adding them , but as you know thats time i would rather spend elsewhere. Any help or insight would be appreciated
