Dialer String Setup for miscellaneous Troubles
When the Quickstart panel has a ground fault, Battery trouble, telco fail or AC loss it will only send a panel trouble to the CS unless you add these dialer strings

1.15.9 Check system wiring AKA: Ground Fault
Default CID Codes:
351 Telco 1 fault
352 Telco 2 fault
301 AC Loss
302 Low System Battery
310 Ground Fault
Navigate to:
Configure->Correlation->Device Tab->(check) Show Pseudo Points
select address, then Response Type (Trouble), click Dialer String
