CodeLoader 2.2 is used to upgrade QS panels running CPU1.8 to CPU2.5
Should I upgrade a CPU1.8 to CPU2.5 via the CodeLoader: NO, unless you need one the things in 2.5, check the release notes.
CodeLoader v2.15 will load the CPU with 1.8
CodeLoader v2.2 will load the CPU with 2.5
What is CodeLoader?
CodeLoader is a utility program that downloads microcode to QuickStart control panels and annunciator panels.
CodeLoader will default the panel which will reset lvl3 password back to 3333. without the right lvl3 password you can not program the panel.
