Chicago Area - EST/Mirtone program help needed

We inherited several EST2 and EST/Mirtone Quickstart systems and need assistance making minor changes like CMS phone number and account changes etc.

The est2 is going to be a problem for you because you need the software key.
The QS you stand a chance but there is a learning curve.

You should check to see if you are locked out of any of the panels.
The est2 panel try changing the time with the default lvl 3 password -3333

The EST2 dialer is the worse dialer ever made, replace it with a dialer panel
If need be, leave the new dialer phone lines feed the est dialer so the panel is not in trouble.

Hopefully you have the est2 sdu database, if not you want to think about rebuilding the database sooner rather than later.

Thanks for all the helpful information. Fortunately, all codes are working fine.
I went through the paperwork and could not see any way to change the CMS phone number and account without going to the autolearn phase which would kill the current program details.

We are using currently an outside dialer and have the built-in one just keep calling the old CMS - but they will in time probably not like that.

don't worry they will put the accounts out of service, your panels will dialer the old account and no one is going to know or care.

For the QS you are going to need to use the CU program to change the CMS numbers
