what about writing a rule to disable trouble when the all call is hit

Good afternoon, do not know were to post this .

My aa50 amps give me an output 1 trouble only when I all calll page.
I have one ACHS card with audio in and out of the alert and evac terminals from amp to amp.
This is a Mir2 retrofit so I only have on cable up riser to amps.

Tech support not able to figure fix.
