Thanks to all in advance.
After recovered data from broken HDD, I got error message when i try to edit rules.
"file exceeds maximum size. error loading file."
Everything is fine except this problem.
DATA IS 171KB. (11 EST3 FACP interconnected)
I had no problem before with old XP computer.
I do not know what version 3-SDU i used.
Now I got the new computer and installed 3-SDU 5.02.
Different SDU version could be issue?

the default text editor for the SDU is notepad, change it to wordpad or

I can open PROJRULE.TXT with notepad.
but i can not open "edit rules" in the 3-SDU.
"file exceeds maximum size. error loading file."

did you try changing the editor in the SDU to wordpad or something?
it sounds like the editor program the SDU is pointing at is bad, bad program, bad location
