1. Your main website is a joke.
2. Upgrade your forum. Not sure what version of phpBB you're using but the latest is 3.2.6 and looks much nicer than this.
3. Upgrade your server. PHP dropped support for the 5.3.x branch in August of 2014 and the entire 5.x line at the end of last year. You should not be running 5.3.29 anymore.
