FireWorks - DataBase Corrupt

FireWorks - Database Corrupt/Hosed - FireWorks will not start
Hopefully you have a good backup, make sure it is in the System\Backup directory.
Restart the computer, because the files are locked
move or Delete two files Unit1.* with in the C:\fireworks\system directory
Start Builder, restore the backup.
