FireWorks 1.6 or 1.7

Hey guys, I'm new here although I've used this as a resource before for EST help, not sure if it's kosher to request this kind of stuff but here goes. The educational institution I work for uses version 1.5 of FireWorks. We're looking to upgrade with baby steps, since our Facilities Dept is very hesitant about upgrading to the latest and greatest. We're looking for either version 1.6 or 1.7. Does anybody have a copy or is there a link where they can point me into the right direction?
