Fireworks - Error

Dear friends,
When trying to open Fireworks, happens an application with the following description, appended error:
Info: Unexpected error.
Type: Undefined error type.
Desc: Failed to load control "from. Your version of may be outdated. Make sure you are using the version of the control.
Can anyone help me fix this problem?
