EST3/Fireworks

EST3 shows "Aux Port 1" trouble. I have MN-Com1s connected to port one, from MN-COM1S a cat5 to NIC card on FW PC . The MN-COM1S is configured correctly, I can also ping it from FW PC. What's the solution?

Try using MN-NETSW1, you need a managed switch when connecting MN-COM1S to Fireworks. We've experienced the same and when we installed MN-NETSW1 it worked. Hope this helps.

Check the event on a hyperterminal or putty when you press reset button or any event to make sure you are getting the data.

I have many kind of dongles, such as EST(SDU, FireWorks),SIMPLEX,NOTIFIER,SIEMENS,etc..
All dongles can be test through internet,using sharing software.
