Hi we have a couple of PRO2200 panels with the ethernet card in (manufactured by Lantronix).
First issue is that when the network drops out the panels go into poll alarm and will not go back to normal polling, and are no longer responsive. this requires a reset or a re-boot of the panel everytime this happens. When the panel goes offline, the doors also lock down resulting in no access even via an access card.
We have other panels onsite that are not affected bt y this and will sort themselves out?!?!
Has anyone experienced this problem need help???
