Help with configuring "alarm view"

Hello All:
We lost some data and settings when our server crashed recently.
I need help configuring "alarm view."
I would think these settings are within "operator level" but i'm not sure.
Does anyone know where the settings are that determine which operators can "acknowledge" and "clear" alarms.
Obviously I can ack and clear with full administrative rights, but I can't find the settings to allow an "operator" to ack and clear.
Can anyone help?
I have some other questions, but let's see if anyone here knows a lot about the Win-Pak software settings.
Where is a Northern Computers guru when I need one? LOL
This is Win-Pak SE Release 3, BTW.
