Invalid Format when read Mifare Classic 1K

Currently I deploying Honeywell access control system involving PRO22IC controller and PRO22R2 module mounted with OM30BHONCS reader, and WINPAK PE software.

I cannot read mifare classic 1K well. I attached the problem's image, It only read 5 digits, but i doubt that is not the real ID (point A on the image). And I think B is the correct one.

Please can anyone tell me how to configure WINPAK-PE 3.0 using my mifare classic 1K ?
