Web interface - Host connected

I'm trying to log into the web interface for a NetAXS 123, and I keep getting the error "Host attached - browser limited to monitoring only". There is not a host attached, the system that had been running winpak is even physically disconnected. I watched a video on this from Honeywell, and they simply said to change the host mode to "Web mode" in the web interface. However I can't change anything in the web interface, because it believes the host is attached. Is there anything I can do to make the web interface usable again?
