NetAxs-123 Gate Control

We have a NetAxs-123 system and are having trouble getting it to open our perimeter gate.
We have a reader attached to the system and when scanning our card or entering the code, the control panel clicks and the RL1 light comes on.
We have attempted to attached the gate control motor to the Door1 and Aux1 out sections of the panel but no luck on getting it to open.

Does anyone have any experience with this scenario? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Right now we have a road sensor connected to the gate motor and it works no problem, but is independent of the honeywell board.
