Issues with time zones using Win-Pak 2005

Hey guys, I am running Win-Pak 2005 with a PRO2200 panel. Everything is work great with the exception of time zones, I at first had a time zone that started at 7:00 am on a weekday and ended at 8:00 pm. I created a new time zone that went from 6:00 am until 10:00 pm and applied it to the Access Level. I initialized the PRO2200 with the new settings, but I am still getting Invalid Time Zone warning when the staff shows up before 7:00 am. I tried deleting the old time zone and re initializing but that did not help.
I would appreciate any help.
