Honeywell NetAXS - Exit buttons stop responding

Hi Guys,
Has anyone experienced the exit buttons on a Honeywell NetAXS 4S or NetAXS 123 stop responding and a power reset is required to get them functioning again.

During the fault, the card readers still work correctly. This happens across all versions of firware from the very oldest to the very latest. All the cables are shielded.

Tried all the Honeywell recommendations, S4 supressors, earthing the cable screens, e.t.c.

This is happening across around 30 or so panels on various sites, just wondering if we're the only ones experiencing this.
