I have to do reprogramming to a IRC-3 any one have the manual on pdf??

I found manuals for the IRC3 on
http://www.PDF-Zoo.Com. There is a small cost for access to the manuals but its worth it. They have like 15,000 manuals. If you need the programming software let me know. I can help out. Search for "IRC-3" to find.
