Gamewell E3 ILI-MB issue with NGA Piezo
Servicing existing panel, FACP NGA piezo isn’t working when there is new alarm, supervisory or trouble. Have touch the panel program. Is this hardware failure or firmware glitch? I’ve checked manual and NGA setting. Any input would greatly appreciated it.

Notifier 3030 false fire alarm "magnet test"
Hi everyone, False fire alarm 3 different days, each time it's different heat detector from the same loop card. Checked panel history and indicate "magnet test". Devices seem to be fine. no troubles on this loop prior to false fire alarm. what would cause this issue? bad heat detectors or ...
