Is recall required when the I above happens?

I had inspection in Philly , and would not give then a cert . And one of our old friends says I should certify system .
3 levels ( my question is here , more than 2 levels / with less than 25 ' travel ?)
Shunt trip
Less than 25' travel distance . (I'm ok with this )

Is elevator recall required when elevator does not travel 25' , but has 3 levels ? I have seen where it is not required with 2 levels . The only smokes in the building are in elevator lobbies and it does have shunt trip .

Your sprinkler company is responsible for testing and maintaining . Tha alarm co. is responsible for there connection to pre-action panel. I prefer for sprinkler co to discharge there own panel , but that dose not always happen. Yes you can have relay from fire panel . It should be dumped by 2 devic...

Sensitivity testing is required every other year on the odd year.

I got a FAULT 1 on a data card , can anyone explain? I have talked to tech support and did not get a good answer.
